Threaded transport anchor - straight version

Straight tail threaded transport anchors can be used universally for various precast concrete elements on the one hand, but on the other hand they can show their capabilities in e.g. bar-shaped elements or walls. Either with extremely thin or heavy prefabricated elements – depending on the element type and its dimensions different sizes are available. Axial-, diagonal and lateral tension are no problem for the threaded anchor with straight tail.

Threaded transport anchor - offset version

Especially for balancing the inclination during the lifting process of sandwich panels the offset version of the threaded anchor has been developed. The special shape of the offset anchor enables the transport and mounting process (nearly) in the centre line of the precast element. Hereby, axial and diagonal tension can easily be realized with the offset threaded anchor.

Threaded transport anchor - long wavy tail version

The Threaded anchor long wavy tail also offers a wide range of applications. Its speciality lies primarily in walls as well as bar-shaped elements (purlin, waler, beams etc.). With the waveform and the ribbed reinforcing steel, modes of operation are combined in the concrete and thus enable shorter embedment depths. All load directions can be realised with the Threaded anchor long wavy tail easily.

Threaded transport anchor - short wavy tail version

The Threaded anchor short wavy tail is intended for use exclusively in slab-like elements. With the waveform and the ribbed reinforcing steel, modes of operation are combined in the concrete and thus enable shorter embedment depths. The load directions axial and diagonal tension are available without restrictions for this anchor type.

Compact anchor

An extremely wide range of applications can be realised with the Compact anchor due to the combination of a compressed foot and a plain round steel bar. Because of the very short embedment depth the Compact anchor is typically suitable for special wall geometries with less space, but also for use in stairs and slabs, for example. Axial-, diagonal and lateral tension are no problem for the Compact anchor.

Compact anchor - short version

Due to their low embedment depth, Compact anchors in short version are the ideal solution for light, thin slab-like precast concrete elements. The load directions axial and diagonal tension are available without restrictions for this anchor type.

Screw anchor

Due to their low embedment depth, screw anchors are the ideal solution for light, thin slab-like precast concrete elements. In addition, under certain conditions the additional reinforcement for diagonal tension can be omitted, so that the installation of the screw anchor is quite simple. The load directions axial and diagonal tension are available without restrictions for this anchor type.

Capped end anchor

Also specialised for the transport of slab-like elements is the Capped end anchor with the lowest embedment depth of the Threaded anchor system. However, the Capped end anchor is highly efficient and offers load bearing capacities up to 12.5 t per anchor. Axial and diagonal tension are possible load directions for this anchor type. The anchor available in two length variants allows the installation of straight or bended anchorage reinforcement.

Lifting insert with cross hole

Lifting inserts with cross hole are simple but versatile transport anchors within the PHILIPP Threaded anchor system. The applied force into the precast concrete element - typically walls or bar-shaped elements - is done via the reinforcement to be planned separately and inserted through the cross hole. Axial-, diagonal and lateral tension are no problem for the Lifting insert with cross hole.

Lifting insert with crimped end

For rather light elements such as small walls or bar-shaped elements, the Lifting insert with crimped end is a simple and often used transport anchor system. The applied force into the precast concrete element is done via the reinforcement to be planned separately and inserted through the cross hole. With the Lifting insert with crimped end all load directions can be realised without any problems.

Threaded transport anchor elongation

The anchor elongation is intended for applications where it is not possible to lift off directly at the transport anchor. E.g. with cubicles in prefabricated construction with subsequently mounted roof element, the transport of the complete module is thus possible. Here, the elongation is screwed into an existing threaded transport anchor (of the cubicle) through a recess in the roofing slab.

Lifting loop with threaded end

For the complete range of PHILIPP Threaded transport anchors the Lifting loop with threaded end, consisting of a galvanised wire rope, can be used for axial and diagonal tension.

Lifting loop plus

For all load directions, axial, diagonal and lateral tension, and in combination with the complete range of PHILIPP Threaded transport anchors the Lifting loop plus can be used universally.

Lifty

For a daily use in the precast plant or on the construction site the Lifty is a robust and universally applicable lifting device for the PHILIPP threaded anchor system. It consists of a forged ring bolt with a welded chain link, both galvanised.

Lifty DS

The Lifty DS with wire rope is a universally applicable lifting device for the PHILIPP threaded anchor system. It consists of a forged ring bolt with a thread and galvanised pressed-steel wire rope.

Lifty TEX

The Lifty TEX is the powerful combination of the well-known Lifty lifting device and a high-performance textile round sling including protective sleeve. Suitable for all load directions, the Lifty TEX is ideal for use with light to medium-weight concrete elements that need to be "protected" during hoisting (e.g. prefab stairs).

Wirbelstar

The Wirbelstar is a lifting device for the PHILIPP threaded anchor system which is particularly suitable for lateral and diagonal tension load cases. Therefore it can be used excellently for the erecting of e.g. horizontally manufacured elements.

Wirbelstar KH

The Wirbelstar is a lifting device for the PHILIPP threaded anchor system which is particularly suitable for lateral and diagonal tension load cases. Therefore it can be used excellently for the erecting of e.g. horizontally manufacured elements. Futhermore, the PHILIPP Wirbelstar KH is especially designed for the KH system with extra small recesses in the precast concrete element.

Marking ring

Both, the identification of a threaded anchor in installed condition as well as a quick assignment to the corresponding lifting device is done by the marking ring with its color-code.

Marking ring with clip

A marking ring identifies a threaded anchor in installed condition and fixes the position of an additional reinforcement by its clip.

KHN system

The KHN system is the most versatile system of recess formers and lifting devices that can be used. On applications around the universal lifting device Lifty resp. Lifty DS the main focus is set here.

WS system

The freely rotatable Wirbelstar lifting device, which can be used for all load directions, is the central feature of the WS system. An always correct alignment with the load direction is ensured by the ball-bearing swivel plate. Due to the large bearing area of the Wirbelstar loads up to 20 t are possible.

KH system

For demanding concrete surfaces the KH system is an ideal solution as it creates only very small recesses in the concrete element for the transport anchors.

Magnetic fixations

Magnetic fixations are used to fix threaded anchors or inserts to a steel mould.

Breaking-pin (plastic)

Breaking-pins (plastic) are used to fix threaded anchors or inserts to a mould.

Fixing disc for gluing

Fixing disc for gluing are used to fix threaded anchors or inserts to a mould.

Threaded adapter

The Threaded adapter is used to fix threaded anchors or inserts to a timber or steel mould.

Sealing cap (plastic)

Sealing caps (plastic) close threaded inserts of all sizes independent of a recessed or surface-flush installation of the anchor.

Thread chaser

The Thread chaser is used for cleaning dirty threads. It is made of a standard screw with a milled dirt groove.

Nailing plate for diagonal tension

Focus of this system is the recess former SZ15, which allows the transport anchor to be inclined by 15°, thus eliminating the need for an additional diagonal tension reinforcement.
